Do you accept international orders?
Yes! When placing an order from outside of the United States, please select the "Standard International" option for shipping. After placing your order, I'll invoice you via PayPal for the total cost of the shipment.
Do you accept domestic orders?
Well, yes...
My charm is damaged! What do I do?
If I've accidentally sent you a broken or damaged item, please let me know! If you have photographic evidence of a defective item within 30 days of receiving it, I can offer you a replacement free of charge or a full refund.
(International customers must cover shipping for replacements, though I will offer discounts when possible.)
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel a pre-order, contact me and I can provide you a full refund. If you want to cancel an order I've already shipped, or if you want to get a refund on an item you've already received, contact me to receive a return label and I can refund you for the cost of the item itself.
